Book your 2027 celebration by 31 December 2026 and receive 10% off the confirmation package: DKK 715.50 per person, including VAT.

The agreement and deposit must be in place by 31 December 2026. The discount applies to the package, including children’s meals, but excludes optional extras and additional hours. Bookings are subject to availability.

Bring every generation together for a relaxed celebration with speeches, laughter and lasting memories. Enjoy exclusive use of Boat House while we take care of food, drinks and the practical arrangements.

Our industrial venue leaves room for your personal touch. The courtyard is available for breaks and socialising when the weather allows. We agree the table layout, start time and menu with you.

The six-hour package

  • Exclusive use of Boat House and access to the courtyard, weather permitting

  • Seasonal three-course sharing menu: starter, main course and dessert

  • Unlimited house wine, beer, soft drinks and water until 30 minutes before the event ends

  • Coffee and tea

  • Tables, chairs, tableware, napkins and simple table decorations

  • Staff, table setup, clearing and cleaning

DKK 795 per person, including VAT. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over. Children and younger guests receive non-alcoholic drinks.

Children and guest numbers

  • Ages 12 and over: DKK 795 per person

  • Ages 3–11: DKK 395 per child

  • Under 3: free

All prices include VAT. The published minimum payment is DKK 35,800 before discount or DKK 32,220 with the booking discount. Children’s meals count towards the minimum at their respective prices. For smaller celebrations, contact us for an individual offer.
